Like many new investors, I faced doubts, setbacks, and plenty of people who told me it couldn’t be done.But I kept going. I studied deals relentlessly, took calculated risks, and learned how to turn challenges into opportunities. Over time, property became not just an investment strategy for me, but a life-changing journey.In 2024, I was humbled to receive the Property Deal of the Year Award — my third win at the Property Investors Awards. I’ve also been featured in BlueBricks Magazine, and recognised internationally at the International Property Awards and National Property Awards.Yet, the recognition isn’t what excites me most. What truly drives me is helping others — showing aspiring investors how to master HMOs and C2R projects, how to structure winning deals, and how to create financial freedom for themselves and their families.As a woman in the property industry, I’ve learned to carve my own path.
